I have used hot and cold plumbing for years now, Every time I call them with an issue or a service request not only do they always pick up the phone, which is rare these day, but someone then calls usually within a few hours and fixes my issues. My current water bill as huge so I called today at 1.30pm to report a water leak in one of my toilets and our rising main. At 3pm a team of two very pleasant plumbers arrived, sorted out the rising main with a turn of a spanner and has identified the washer required for the WC and will return tomorrow to fix it. This in my opinion is old fashion great service which is rare today. I can highly recommend Hot and cold without reservation.
